Sikh Astronomical Society
Our objective is to enjoy the wonders of the solar system as a community. We will hold 4 observation nights a year in a selected dark sky area in the UL (1/season) and will be present at several sikhi camps and exhibitions throughout the year.
Our events will usually be 2 days and all observation equipment will be provided. We will typically run a workshop in the day and start the star gazing in the evening - and the morning for those who don't sleep!
Our observation meetings will be listed below, closer to the season start. You can also participate in discussions through our forum, enjoy articles and news features, and look through our gallery once established.
We also have a donation page for anyone who wishes to support the growth of the society.

The Sikh Astronomical Society is run by volunteers. Our aim is to help educate the younger generation and people new to astronomy about the beautiful jewels Waheguru has created.
